Solution:
Toggle switches provide additional functionality to the details level of your budget, such as Fringe and Location options.
- Once inside of your budget, drilldown to the detail level of an account, by clicking on the number on the left-hand side of any line.
- You may also use Movie Magic Budgeting 7 shortcut keys.
- Once at the Details level, click the icon with three dots on the top-right, to reveal the possible toggle switches.
- Clicking on each of these toggle switches will display a corresponding column in your budget.
- AGG: Stands for Aggregate Fringe. When you click on this toggle, the aggregate fringe percentage column will appear. If you have an item in your budget with multiple fringes attached, it will aggregate the percentage those fringes.
- Fringes: When you click on this toggle, you can see a list of the various fringes that may be applied to this line of detail.
- Groups: This toggle switch will show how different costs may be grouped in the detail level.
- Location: This toggle switch will provide you with a space to enter the location for a particular line, if desired.
- Set: This toggle switch will show you if there is a set associated with this line of detail.
- You may also view what tools are being applied to specific lines in the detail by clicking any line and viewing the tools window and corresponding checkboxes.
