Solution:

  1. Once inside of any budget, in the top left, click Share.  The Share a Copy screen will appear.
  2. In the Email column, enter the email address to which you wish to send your budget. Note that this email address must be registered in the Movie Magic Budgeting system. Then hit Enter.
  3. Then, to the right, click Send. The budget will be sent to the email address entered.
  4. Note that the recipient will receive a copy of this budget based on the moment it was sent. They will not receive updates to the budget unless you choose to send an update.
  5. The recipient will remain in the Share screen for you to send other budgets or budget updates in the future.
  6. If you wish to delete a recipient, click on their Name and then, click Delete Recipient at the top.
  7. To see budgets that have been shared with you, click on Open/New. The Open Budgets screen will appear.
  8. On the left-hand side, click on the Shared with Me tab. A list of senders will appear in this panel.
  9. If you have received a budget that you have not yet viewed, a blue dot will appear next to the sender’s name. Select the name and the received budgets will appear on the right-hand side.
  10. Select the desired received budget, then click the Open Budget button.
