Solution:
- Once you launch the Movie Magic Budgeting, the Open and Manage Budgets screen will appear.
- In this window, you can see all your budgets uploaded to your account, create New Budgets, and Import Existing Budgets from MMB7.
- On the left-hand side of the screen, under My Projects, you can create libraries/folders, so you can organize and group your budgets any way that you like. This practice will allow you to more quickly locate a desired budget.
- You can create new folders by clicking the Add Project button.
- On the main budget screen, you have many options to manage your budgets. You can create a New Budget, import an existing MMB7 Budget, as well as select and edit budgets that are already uploaded to your account.
- To rename a budget, double click on the Budget Name.
- You may move budgets to different folders, Archive budgets, and Duplicate budgets.
- Whenever your budget library becomes too large, you can archive budgets within your folders by selecting them and clicking the Archive button.
- You will always have the ability to unarchive budgets. Go to the Archived breadcrumb. Select the budget and click on Restore button.
- To open a budget, highlight the budget you would like to open, then click Open Budget.
- At any point, you can access the Open and Manage budget screen by going to the main budget header and clicking the Open/New button.
