Solution:

  1. Once you launch the Movie Magic Budgeting, the Open and Manage Budgets screen will appear.
  2. In this window, you can see all your budgets uploaded to your account, create New Budgets, and Import Existing Budgets from MMB7.
  3. On the left-hand side of the screen, under My Projects, you can create libraries/folders, so you can organize and group your budgets any way that you like. This practice will allow you to more quickly locate a desired budget.
  4. You can create new folders by clicking the Add Project button.
  5. On the main budget screen, you have many options to manage your budgets. You can create a New Budget, import an existing MMB7 Budget, as well as select and edit budgets that are already uploaded to your account.
  6. To rename a budget, double click on the Budget Name.
  7. You may move budgets to different folders, Archive budgets, and Duplicate budgets.
  8. Whenever your budget library becomes too large, you can archive budgets within your folders by selecting them and clicking the Archive button.
  9. You will always have the ability to unarchive budgets. Go to the Archived breadcrumb. Select the budget and click on Restore button.
  10. To open a budget, highlight the budget you would like to open, then click Open Budget.
  11. At any point, you can access the Open and Manage budget screen by going to the main budget header and clicking the Open/New button.
